Dave Anderson here, animal artist and dog lover! Over more than a decade, I’ve completed nearly a thousand portraits of animals – wildlife, cats and dogs – but mostly dogs, since dogs’ expressive faces make such wonderful artistic subjects and I consider all canines to be God’s gifts to mankind. My “mission in life” since starting a comfortable retirement years ago is to see if I can make my animal art pay off for worthy causes. 

 

The artist creates his animal renditions in multi-media and they are saved as hi-res digital images. 

 

The artist and his wife split their time between residences in Honolulu and in Independence, MO.
